Partner of the Network, NXT Recruitment are excited to announce their recent move to a unique, new office complex in Carlisle.
The specialist recruitment firm were the very first occupiers of the £1.3 million ModVillage complex at Kingmoor Park which provides office space from recycled shipping containers.
NXT Recruitment director Jason Hodgson said: “We had been on the lookout for new premises that could accommodate our current and future growth plans but also something we could make our own.
“The ModVillage offices have made us more visible and will provide even better surroundings for our clients and candidates when we can finally meet them again.
“This last year has been a challenge for many businesses but we feel fortunate that we have continued to grow. I think it’s important to stay positive and moving into new premises has been a great motivator for us to keep pushing on. “
NXT Recruitment has now moved into the new premises, which benefits from 1,080sq ft of space. The containers, made from Corten Steel, each weighing 6.5 tonnes, can be remodelled to a bespoke specification with external cladding, windows, doors, insulation, and internal fit out to suit the occupiers.
Kingmoor Park’s managing director, Neil McIntyre said: “The concept of ModVillage was to give local, ambitious companies a modern space that they could stamp their own identity on and use as a platform for further growth.
“NXT Recruitment are exactly the type of forward thinking, ambitious company we hoped the development would appeal to and it’s great to see how they’ve made it a truly unique and inspiring space for staff and clients alike.”
