Exclusive retreat in Dubai for theatre school franchisees

Personal development, business growth and an immersive cultural experience. A theatre school franchise is taking its mentoring and support of franchisees to a whole new level with an incredible upcoming ‘DreamEscape’ trip to Dubai on November 10th

Razzamataz Theatre Schools has always pushed the boundaries in terms of innovation and franchisee support, but this retreat marks an exciting new chapter. It will provide franchisees with the tools and inspiration to thrive both personally and professionally and give them the belief to further grow their businesses, providing even more opportunities for young people in their communities.

“This retreat has been months in the planning and we believe we have created the perfect blend of personal development, business insights, and unforgettable experiences,” says Denise Gosney, MD and Founder of Razzamataz. “Our goal is to not only provide valuable tools and strategies that franchisees can implement immediately but also to offer them a chance to recharge, connect with like-minded individuals in the network, and enjoy the incredible culture of Dubai. We are committed to supporting our franchisees in every way possible, and this retreat reflects that commitment.”

Dubai is one of the world’s most dynamic cities and was chosen for its forward thinking attitude towards performing arts education. Throughout the last few years, Denise and the Head Office team have been invited to participate in various global educational conferences in Dubai to share their 25 years of experience of working with young people in the arts.

The trip is part of the network’s international expansion plans, looking for a single unit or area developer particularly for Dubai & Abu Dhabi to partner with and bring the multi-award winning brand to the UAE. The franchisees in the UK attending the retreat will be able to gain fresh perspectives from this forward-thinking region that value education, the arts and personal development, an ethos that is aligned with Razzamataz’s ten year vision and beyond.

“As a network, we are focussed on exploring how performing arts education can truly transform young lives,” adds Denise. “This region is a perfect fit for our vision, as it places great importance on nurturing creativity, building confidence, and encouraging personal growth and life skills. We believe our franchisees will return to the UK even more equipped to inspire the next generation through the arts.”

The retreat will feature a wide range of activities designed to inspire and motivate. Franchisees will visit iconic locations such as the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building and have the chance to explore Dubai’s rich culture and innovative attractions. This includes a visit to the Museum of the Future, a tour of Old Dubai, and a relaxing stop at the iconic Skypool – this is the world highest 360 degree sky pool, Aura on the Palm. They will also enjoy a tranquil evening on a traditional Dhow Cruise along Dubai Creek and experience the cultural highlights of the Dubai Opera House. To top it all off, they will go on an exhilarating desert adventure featuring Jeep rides, dune bashing, and a traditional BBQ dinner under the stars.

The Razzamataz team have also been invited to attend and join the speaking panel at GESS (Global Educational Supplies and Solutions), a prestigious event showcasing the latest educational innovations, helping franchisees stay ahead of industry trends. Throughout the retreat, there will be several sessions focused on personal and professional growth, including a “Passion & Purpose Alignment” workshop, one to one mentoring sessions and daily “Morning Mindset & Visualisation” practices.

The Dubai retreat is also the launch pad for Razzamataz’s exclusive VIP Club, a private coaching club offering franchisees additional support and incentives. Members of the VIP Club will receive invitations to special events, such as a lunch with the founder and business coaches at The Shard in London. The club also offers access to keynote speakers and ongoing mentorship, creating a space for continued professional development and networking upon returning to the UK.
