Direct2florist, the family-owned floristry firm based in Bolton was delighted to scoop the British Florist Association Floristry Service Provider of the Year award for the second year in a row!

Family-owned Direct2florist was set up in February 2007 with one goal – to put consumers directly in contact with professional florist shops around the world, in the process giving consumers control of the flower sending process.

Managing Director, Simon Stirling spoke of his delight, saying, “We did it again! A huge thank you to everyone that voted for us to win BFA Floristry Service Provider of the Year! It was an amazing awards ceremony!”

The BFA Industry Awards have established themselves as the place to be recognised within the Florist Industry. They celebrate excellence as companies and individuals are voted for by their clients to gain the coverted titles and awards. This years awards took place at Jurys Inn, Hinckleyon on Saturday 26th October.

Simon added, “To be named as winner of this category is a huge achievement and is a clear milestone in the journey of Direct2florist, which started out and remains a family business, with all of the ethics and values that go with this and a belief that success is built around excellent customer service.”
