Carlisle’s NXT Recruitment are delighted to announce the appointment of three new team members. Amy Swailes and Harry Kerr have been appointed as Recruitment Consultants and Rachel Titterington has joined the team within a newly created role of Marketing Co-Ordinator.

Amy’s passion for recruitment comes from her desire to achieve positive outcomes and brings a wealth of experience in delivering exceptional service.

From a strong sales background, Harry thrives on developing rapport and building strong, long-standing customer relationships.

Rachel joined the team in October and brings 12 years marketing experience including product management, digital marketing and customer engagement.
