Local firms invited to take part in 2021 Greater Manchester Business Fair

Businesses from across the area are invited to take part in the tenth annual Greater Manchester Business Fair when the event returns to AJ Bell Stadium next week on Tuesday 23rd November 2021 from 10.30am-3.00pm.

Set up in 2011 with the aim of bringing local companies together to meet, learn and network in a friendly but professional environment, the event is now one of the most well established business events in the area, with a wide variety of exhibitors and hundreds of visitors attending.

The event is organised by Liverpool based events company Liverpool BA, who have been holding Business Fairs and events across the North West region since 2002. Supporters and sponsors include Bottomline Technologies, Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, Elite Business Magazine and Wild Thang.

The main feature of the Fair is a business-to-business exhibition with companies from the local area and beyond showcasing their products and services. An impressive range of exhibitors are taking part including household names such as Amazon and the Co-Operative Bank as well as local companies from the manufacturing and chemicals sector such as Chemiteq and Core MSS.

But there is also a strong business support focus to the day, with free seminars and workshops, a networking session, start up support and one to one business advice from industry experts and professional bodies.

The day will include workshop sessions on How to create predictable cash-flow in your business, Slaying Imposter Syndrome, Building Your Business with Better Writing and lots more – the full programme can be viewed on the event website.

One of the free workshop sessions at the Greater Manchester Business Fair next week is on Slaying Imposter Syndrome being delivered by Una Cottrell – founder of 45 Not Out, a Podcast for sassy women aged 45+ who are still serious about life, career and everything else. In this session Una Cottrell will give an overview of what imposter syndrome is, how it affects women, and why everyone suffers from it. Una will also talk about strategies that people can employ to reduce the symptoms. Una founded, produces and hosts 45 Not Out, a Podcast for sassy women aged 45+ who are still serious about life, career and everything else.

As always, the event and all features (such as the seminars and networking session) are free to attend and all are welcome whether from a business which has been established for many years or one which is currently just an idea.
